COST: $150 or buy 2 tickets and only pay $140 each!

In conjunction with Charlene from Belijoy, we will be running a cheesemaking course on August 26th at 10am in our shop in the Little Pakington courtyard!

This particular course will see you learning to make Fetta, Gourmet Fetta, and Ricotta.

"What's the difference between Fetta and Gourmet Fetta?" we hear you ask.

The Fetta you'll be making is a Greek Fetta which means it is stored in brine and the Gourmet Fetta you'll be making is like a Persian style fetta and is stored in oil.

The course is $150 for one ticket or $280 for two tickets (click on the links above to purchase), which includes morning tea and lunch, and taking home the cheese that you've made to eat straight away 😋 or to let mature.

We require a minimum of 6 participants for the class to go ahead with a maximum of 10-12 so please don't leave it till the last minute to book!

Reservations require a min of $50 deposit or payment in full. The $50 deposit is non-refundable for change of mind 48 hours before the course or for forgetfulness.
